We welcome pets to our communities! However, pets are accepted on a strict case by case basis.
A non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 will be assessed, in addition to a refundable pet deposit of $300.00.
We require a photo of your pet and veterinary records.
We have breed restrictions for dogs. Please click here for a list of unapproved canine.

Easy Application Process –

One of these will need to be completed by each person 18 and over living in the dwelling. A $40.00 application fee is immediately due for each applicant.
Background checks include: credit report, 50-state criminal check, employement verification and an eviction history.
All tenants must have a valid Social Security Number. Also, felonies are not acceptable.
A security deposit is due at lease signing to reserve the unit.
First months rent will be due at move-in!
